Made in the USA
Next Surface stair treads are completely sourced and assembled in the USA. Today, that term can be thrown around, in fact if anything is assembled in the USA with foreign parts it can be labeled as made in the US.
Our product is produced and assembled in the USA in the heart of America with skilled workers and product backed by nano-technology.
Our process is also unique in that we emboss the stair tread creating a real wood feel, anti-slip surface with water repelling capabilities. Next Surface stair treads are suitable for both residential and light commercial installations.
Moisture resistance
Next Surface stair treads are moisture resistant with a core rated MR10.
A rating of MR10 or higher is required in some commercial applications, MR10 ensures that the integrity of your staircase is protected from occasional repeated wetting and high humidity areas.
Next Surface stair tread film, applied to the MR10 core, repels water as well.
No Vocs
low formaldehyde
Next Surface stair treads contain no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and low formaldehyde.
Formaldehyde is naturally occurring in all wood and wood products.
With our core being constructed with recycled wood fibres and a formaldehyde-free adhesive, the formaldehyde content is very low in our Next Surface stair treads.
